Welcome to Swept – Chimney & Gutter Services! We're all about keeping Melbourne's homes clean, safe, and smoke-free. By booking a service with us or using our website, you agree to the following terms. We’ve kept things straightforward, so there are no surprises—just good, honest service.
1. What We Do
We provide the following services to residential and small commercial properties in and around Melbourne:

If you're not sure whether we can help, reach out — we’ll do our best to point you in the right direction.
2. Bookings & Access
To get the job done right (and safely), we need a few things from you:

A confirmed appointment — via phone, email, or our website.

Clear access to the chimney or gutters.
-
Someone aged 18+ at the property (or pre-arranged access).

Pets secured away from the work area.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Need to change your plans? No worries.

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel.

We don’t charge cancellation fees — just let us know as early as possible.
Repeated no-shows or late changes may impact future bookings.
4. Payment Terms
Simple and straightforward:

Accepted payments: Cash or bank transfer (EFT).

Payment is due on the same day the service is completed, unless we’ve arranged otherwise.
We’ll issue an invoice with all the details you need.
5. Our Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand by our work. If something seems off after your service, let us know and we’ll make it right.

During peak season (May–Aug): contact us within 2 weeks

During off-peak season (Sept–Apr): contact us within 1 month
We’ll return for a recheck at no cost if the issue is related to our service.
6. Safety & Limitations
We’re pros, but we can’t fix everything:

We aren’t liable for existing damage, unsafe conditions, or issues you didn’t tell us about.

If we arrive and the site isn’t safe, we may postpone service.
We’ll always be upfront if we discover anything concerning.
7. Weather Policy
Melbourne weather can turn on a dime. If it's unsafe (e.g., high winds or heavy rain), we’ll reschedule your service — no fees, no fuss.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website, and any major changes will be communicated before they take effect.
